THE CHAINTRAX DIFFERENCE
Tire Engagement is Key
Fully engaging the vehicle tires is the only effective way to remove mud, dirt and debris.
Due to this fact, rock is the most commonly used BMP for construction exits.
The problem is rock quickly becomes impacted with the dislodged material rendering the rock useless and costly as more and more rock is added to maintain a proper exit pad.
ChainTrax uses hardened steel chain to mimic the benefits of rock without the costly upkeep.
The chain fully engages the vehicle tires dislodging dirt and debris through its entire rotation. Dislodged material is sifted through the gaps in the chain where it is allowed to accumulate in the raised storage area.
Cleaning is Easy
ChainTrax Patent Pending design gives contractors several options for proper cleaning. The entire device can easily be moved by sliding, forking or raising it to provide access to the stored debris.
The device can also be left in-place and the stored debris can be scraped out from under the risers. This option of cleaning can take place while the device is in use, so there are no delays or shutdowns to the construction project, saving valuable time and money.
